Distance Sales Agreement

Platform provider: MATCHABIT SPOR TEKNOLOJILERI LIMITED SIRKETI, Cevizli Mah. Zuhal Cad. A Blok No: 46 Ic Kapi No: 50 Maltepe / Istanbul, Turkiye, [email protected].

User: the person creating, joining, registering for, or paying for an activity through Matchabit.

Operator: the club, organization, coach, tournament organizer, or venue that provides the underlying court, tournament, coaching, rental, or venue service when applicable.

This agreement covers distance sale and performance terms for Matchabit-mediated reservations, match participation, tournament registration, coaching sessions, packages, rentals, digital match-video access, service fees, and related online payment services.

Matchabit operates the platform and may collect online payments where enabled. The seller of the underlying venue, event, coaching, rental, or match-video access is the operator shown in the application. Video infrastructure providers such as CourtPulse may be responsible for video production, hosting, playback, and access.

Activity or product name, date, time, location, seller/operator, video provider where applicable, selected payment method, total price, access period, package usage, rentals, service fee, and cancellation/withdrawal summary are displayed in the application before confirmation.

For Auto-book matches, final court reservation depends on the match becoming full or meeting one of the displayed confirmed-player checkpoints and on a suitable court being available. The final price is shown before payment.

The user accepts the displayed terms by confirming the activity or payment in the application.

Pay Now payments are processed online through the available payment provider and are subject to provider, bank, anti-fraud, payout, and settlement controls.

Pay at Venue payments are collected by the operator at the venue. Matchabit does not collect those funds online and cannot refund venue-collected cash or card payments through the online provider.

Service is performed by making the confirmed reservation, registration, coaching participation, package use, rental selection, or activity access available to the user according to the displayed activity terms.

For match-video purchases, access opens after payment through the provider link for the validity period shown in the application. Internet access and a current browser may be required.

Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on activity type, payment method, payment time, activity start time, package/rental state, club or organization configuration, and provider settlement state.

Where stricter cancellation conditions determined by the operator and notified through the application exist, those rules apply first.

Online refunds are processed under the applicable Matchabit payment policy. Some cases require manual review instead of automatic provider refund.

Venue-collected payments must be handled by the operator unless the application explicitly says otherwise.

If match-video content is not supplied, is defective, or is unavailable during the promised access period, the consumer retains the remedies, refund rights, and other statutory choices available under applicable law.

Because reservations, tournaments, coaching sessions, and rentals are time-specific leisure, sport, or event services, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited or excluded after confirmation or once service performance begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

When purchasing a match video, the user separately requests that digital access begin immediately after payment and separately confirms having been informed of the withdrawal-right exception applicable to an electronic service whose performance has begun upon that request.

The user still has the cancellation and refund rights shown in the application and summarized in the reservation policy.

The user must provide accurate account and payment information, follow venue and operator rules, arrive on time, and use the application only for lawful purposes.

The operator is responsible for venue access, court/service delivery, coaching delivery, sold match-video access, local safety rules, and stricter operator policies communicated through Matchabit. The video infrastructure provider is responsible for video production, hosting, playback, and access. Matchabit acts as the transaction, payment, and access intermediary.

If the user adds a friend or guest, the user confirming the action is responsible for that participant payment unless the application states otherwise.

Personal data is processed under the Matchabit Privacy Policy and applicable law. Transaction logs, confirmations, payment records, policy versions, and application records may be used as evidence.
